MP3 music for download on a free space, so it is a big hit. Many musicians
encountered on this space a way of finding inspiration, contacts and even
kindred souls. For the public and the specialists is an excelent way of
finding, new projects, and listen for the first time. Even if they can't
or won't publish on mainstream media anyone can listen to their web-published
recordings.
Concentus Duo opened a new space at www.myspace.com/concentusduo. The success is enormous and the feedback as been amazing - a valuable experience.

A personal letter from the duo:
After a break due to maternety, the Concentus Duo is back to action. We're back from France of the Essone's Guitar Festival (Paris) where we opted to give the audience the works of some portuguese names like Carlos Seixas and Frei Jacinto. On the 7th November we'll be in Spain at Palência Guitar Festival with almost all Portuguese repertoire including a theme dedicated to Concentus Duo by Portuguese composer José Carlos Sousa. The 6th and 7th February of 2008 the Duo will show up at the well known Guitarmania Festival in Almada and on "Convento dos Capuchos" in Lisbon. 2008 will bring more surprises to be officialy confirmed. Our site will continue on major modifications on the next few days with the inclusion of more audio and scores totally gratis.

On the 7th November the duo is back to Spain at Palência Guitar Festival with almost all Portuguese repertoire, starring a theme dedicated to Concentus Duo by Portuguese composer José Carlos Sousa. The music will start at 20h30 at "Fundación Díaz Caneja", Palencia.

The acoustic quality of this auditorium attracted notorious guitarists as Dean Ivanovic and Miguel Moreno.
This time Concentus Duo gave a pedagogic concert as it showed the public several styles, epochs, and composers.
This was the 4th Guitar meeting on Oliveira do Bairro. The guitarist João Moita magnifically organized this event. We are very thankful to him for is dedication and for betting on young portuguese musicians.
Iniciative of "Conservatório de Música de Viseu" and "Museu Grão Vasco" sponsored by "Ministério da Cultura", "Instituto Português de Museus", "PROVISEU", "Grupo de Amigos do Museu Grão Vasco" and "Design ZP".
Architect Souto Moura signed the total refurbishment of the museum. This is the ideal place to see the marvellous painting collections and for concerts as this one (with more than 150 listeners) that started a series of musical events.
